Polar fleece

Polar Fleece technology has been expressly conceived by Mario Crosta to extract pile from the Polar fabrics, processing both sides of the fabric with ease. We reached to manage even the smallest details which make the difference!

Model available on 20 or 24 cylinders for matching with the different kinds of polar fleece, different compositions, different weights.
Special Combing machine designed to perfectly comb and orientate the produced pile, before going to the shearing phase, for an even and uniform result.
Equipped with state-of-the-art devices tor optimal processing, such as:

• Devices for Polar processing already included as standard equipment
• Motor-driven 360° adjustable spreading devices and fixed spreading devices
• Automatic “Zero Point” adjustment and pneumatic tension control of cylinder driving belts
• Special fifth green Synchro belt which wraps around all cylinders to ensure a constant and continuous working cycle. This system avoids shocks to the cylinders and machine organs.

All raising parameters can be set both during machine standstill and working.
